The P320-M17 is a 9mm, striker-fired pistol and comes with two 17-round magazines. The pistol features a coyote-tan PVD coated stainless steel slide with the same optic cut as specified by the MHS contract, and black controls just like the pistols currently being shipped to the U.S. Army; it comes equipped with a SIGLITE front night sight and removable Night Sight rear plate.

The compact profile (1.25″ wide x 6.25″ long x 5.0″ tall) combined with the 12 round – (9mm Luger) capacity magazines’ contoured grip extension delivers a solid, comfortable hold for small- or large-hand shooters. Operation of the G2C is straightforward, thanks to a striker-fire, double-action trigger system that includes restrike capability. A manual, external safety is located conveniently above the thumb for quick manipulation in stressful conditions. The reversible magazine release is also ergonomically positioned for rapid, one-hand mag drops during tactical mag changes. Integrated into the G2C frame is a Mil-STD 1913 Picatinny rail to accept an accessory light or a laser. The 9mm Luger G2C models are offered with either a matte black carbon steel slide or with a matte stainless-steel slide.
